Purpose of Role
To lead the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment. The Principal is accountable for student achievement, staff development, operational excellence, parental engagement, and community-building that aligns with the mission and vision of TIPS.

Therefore, we are consistent in identifying potential safeguarding and Health & Safety issues and acting and following up on all concerns appropriately.
Responsibilities:** - Provide psychological support and counseling services to students. - Promote students' mental health and well-being. - Develop and implement counseling programs and activities. - Monitor and report on counseling performance and metrics. - Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student mental health. **Skills:** - Strong counseling and psychological assessment skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of counseling best practices and tools. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in school counseling. - Professional certification in counseling preferred.
